Preview support policy

Clear support, without an implied SLA

This policy applies only to named recipients evaluating the invitation-only CipherMap Free Developer Source Preview from Ciphermap Technologies LLC.

Hours and response target

Support hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. America/Denver, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Our non-binding target is an initial response within two business days.

Preview support is best effort. It is not an uptime, remediation, resolution, compliance, certification, or production-readiness service-level agreement.

What to include

Include the Preview version, operating system, Go version, command used, expected behavior, and a minimal reproduction. Remove source code, secrets, private keys, personal data, confidential paths, and customer identifiers before sending logs or examples.

Access lasts 30 calendar days unless a separate written extension is approved. Expiry and revocation do not create an ongoing support entitlement. See the Preview terms and privacy notice.
