Terms
Website and Developer Preview terms
These terms apply to this website and describe the baseline rules for the invitation-only CipherMap Free Developer Source Preview operated by Ciphermap Technologies LLC. Each approved recipient must also accept the exact source-use and confidentiality terms presented with access.
Effective August 30, 2026
Website use
You may use the public informational and demonstration surfaces for lawful business evaluation. Do not interfere with the site, bypass access controls, probe systems without authorization, misrepresent results, or use the site to violate another party's rights. Demonstrations, sample evidence, and marketing explanations are illustrative and are not a certification, legal opinion, or guarantee about your environment.
Preview access
Preview access is limited to separately named U.S.-based professionals evaluating CipherMap for business purposes. Access is personal, confidential, non-transferable, and normally expires after 30 calendar days. Shared accounts, shared links, redistribution, public publication, sublicensing, production deployment, and attempts to enable disabled commercial features are not permitted.
At expiry or revocation, the recipient must stop use and follow the deletion and certification requirements in the source-use terms. The website alone does not grant any licence to CipherMap source code, trademarks, paid features, or other intellectual property.
Evaluation boundary
The Preview is pre-release evaluation software provided without a production SLA. It may contain defects and may change or be withdrawn. Findings require professional validation. CipherMap does not replace engineering review, legal advice, compliance assessment, penetration testing, certification, or an organization's own risk decisions.
Ownership and feedback
CipherMap, its source, documentation, branding, and related materials remain owned by Ciphermap Technologies LLC and its licensors. If you voluntarily provide feedback, you allow us to use it to improve CipherMap without an obligation to compensate you, provided we do not publicly identify you or disclose your confidential information without permission.
Privacy, support, and security
Information handling is described in the privacy notice. Preview support is governed by the support policy. Send vulnerability reports to security@ciphermap.io rather than testing systems without authorization.
Legal notices and controlling terms
The source-use and confidentiality terms accepted by a named recipient control if they conflict with this page. Formal notices may be delivered using the contact information on the legal notice page. Questions about access or licensing may be sent to licensing@ciphermap.io.
